At Teraina Outdoors, we offer both in-stock products and pre-order items. Shipping and fulfillment times vary depending on the product you purchase.

In-Stock Items

Products that are currently in-hand and ready to ship are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Pre-Order Items

Products clearly marked “Pre-Order” in the product description are not currently in-hand and require additional time for production and fulfillment.

Pre-order items may take approximately 6–12 weeks to be ready for shipment.

The estimated 6–12 week timeframe begins after the pre-order period has closed or the order has been placed, as indicated on the individual product page.

Please keep this timeframe in mind before placing a pre-order.

Orders Containing Pre-Order & In-Stock Items

If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.

If you would like your in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options.

Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, production delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The estimated shipping times provided by Teraina Outdoors are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Teraina Outdoors is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
